Meanwhile, ditched the plastic cutting boards and am breathing some new life into some old scraped up wood boards. First time working with pure tung oil and D-limonene. Really liking the finish so far. Hoping to give them plenty of time to cure for water resistance.

Thought I'd find an old dresser to refinish for my daughter. Found one that looked like it was in great shape on Facebook marketplace. Turns out, there's not one ounce of wood to be found. Not even hardware. In fact, the whole thing is basically held together by staples 😭

I guess that's what I get for trying to work with insane hardware that was so large, the only logical solution to me was to buy this drill bit large enough to drill for oil.
