Apple Intelligence replaces email preview text with an AI-generated summary of the email. That's a big deal for email marketing! I have three initial observations as I've looked more deeply into this (and I've very curious what other email marketers think). www.inc.com/jason-aten/m...

Fellow digital comms people — I've heard of a few instances now where folks at nonprofits and political orgs are finding the DEIA federal snitch email addresses subscribed to their email lists. Look for DEIAreports@opm.gov, tracking@opm.gov, DEIAreports@opm.gov to find and remove.

It's outrageous that @fairfaxcounty.bsky.social schools will be closed for a fourth day in a row tomorrow. I try to be understanding when places not used to getting a ton of snow get a ton of snow, but it hasn't snowed since Monday — what exactly have folks been doing?

I often tell my fundraising clients to test before, not during, big moments. That way you already know what an optimized email/page/post looks like when it really counts.
This is a recommendation I hope everyone has taken with their Thanksgiving dishes for tomorrow.

Being a consultant I have several email accounts (and calendars, and docs) open all at once. Every few weeks Google signs me out of all of them at the same time. I know it’s for security purposes and for my own good but it’s one of the most annoying, regularly-occurring things about my job.

It seems Gaetz could still try to get his seat back for the next Congress but any day where Matt Gaetz is not an elected official AND not the presumptive next AG is better than one where the opposite is true.
