Good to see that @bruegel.org now corrected the labels in this plot. But not very classy to just delete the original post and ignore a friendly comment pointing out a possible error. That's not how we (should) do things here @bsky.app. People make errors so just acknowledge and correct.

I think the colour/labels are mixed up in this plot. The red bars should denote the ‘Unfunded entitlements’, not? The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark are countries with high private/funded entitlements. See also Figure 2.
