The math of the air war in Ukraine is simple. Yes, air defenses are needed but there will never be enough Patriots etc. The only way to stop Putin from bombarding Ukrainian cities is by helping Kyiv strike deep inside Russia, against the Russian defense-industrial base, air and missile installations

Trump and Vance act as if the problem is that Ukraine is resisting an ongoing Russian invasion. The problem is the ongoing Russian invasion. If they want to use American power to stop the war, apply it to the aggressor. Abusing the victim is not going to end a war of aggression.

Sviatyi Mykolai (Saint Nicholas) brings hope to a land at war, where even the smallest act of kindness becomes a miracle. As our Armed Forces fight for freedom, today is a day to believe in good — and perhaps, to be someone’s quiet miracle.
