Strava stats represent the trip up the mountain. Forgot to record the trip back. I also begun recording maybe 10 minutes after I had started because there was no service/internet.

It’s definitely hard, and the other alternative is to have to decide what to eat everyday and spend time cooking everyday. So I prefer prepping on Sunday and then having a no cooking or very little cooking for week. Works so well for me.

Yup. my whole Sunday is usually for meal preps.
