I can't find a link to my exact model, but I'm using a mount similar to this. It's sturdy & pretty versatile. I can't always get it as low as I would like but that's due to my drawing table setup more than anything.
I'm seriously considering embedding my tablet in the tabletop at some point.

It's got a great smooth texture totally unlike modern recipes and fantastic flavor. Going to be a new holiday staple!
