Clear, as Der Standard writes today, there are elements w/in EU who are enabling Dodik’s systematic assault on BiH’s constitutional order, slow walking his capture. Zagreb, at least, has made its affinities for Dodik evident.
We await a droplet of integrity from the new “geopolitical” Brussels.
