I like your approach! Being mindful of your own routine sets a great example for others. As healthcare professionals, leading by example is so powerful. Spreading awareness about healthy options can make a big difference in people’s lives. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

That’s a great strategy! Fruits are such a great refreshing snack. I also like to eat protein packed meals and snacks to keep me full and focused during these busy times! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I like how the article breaks down protein needs in a realistic way for teens; especially active ones. I think its important for parents to see that more protein isn’t always better, and that balance matters. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I agree with your point about moderation being important. It’s clear that obesity isn’t just about cutting out foods but finding a balanced approach that works for each person. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I agree, it’s interesting how much more goes into weight than just “eating less & moving more.” Genetics, environment, mental health all matters. Focusing on long-term healthy habits instead of quick fixes is the best way to go about it #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Something that has helped me eat healthy is finding recipes that don’t sacrifice flavor. A lot of people are sharing videos of meals that fit different diets and lifestyles without compromising taste. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

It’s surprising that 25% of women aren’t getting enough Vitamin D during pregnancy, considering how vital it is for fetal growth. I wonder why more people, especially doctors, don’t talk about this more!

I liked this article! I think its important to make small changes rather than drastic changes to your diet that are not maintainable in the long run. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
