But does she go to prison for contempt of court?? That would give her successors incentive to expedite matters or face longer terms.

He may not know, on details... better to ask forgiveness than permission to set that in motion, I'm pretty sure the P25 drafters are operating as more and more.

That gives the accomplices a free pass; I see no reason to be generous to them.

Not 100%, the details were handled by more intelligent people. As primary beneficiary and spokesperson it's well over 50% he bears the blame, however.

Fully anonymous gives too many carte blanche to file false reports against cops. Any bill needs to guard against non-anonymity making reporters retaliation targets though, like requiring identities be kept under court seal.

They fail to realize most of the "undesireables" are them, with the focus on various minorities.

He is the least irresponsible, that's about it. He still has some legal liability due to the entire call amounting to active espionage and he did not report it to FBI or Secret Service.
March 27, 2025 at 5:26 PM
Yeah, but those uses were authorized before the reports of the application being hacked. As such continued use amounts to attempted treason, whatever the topic.
March 26, 2025 at 7:01 PM
You have to do that to the Signal server admins too. A search warrant served by Capitol Police to take custody of the servers is better, actually.

"They can't be 'war plans' because we're not asking Congress to declare war. Nothing to see here, we're just playing with our toys!" - coming soon...
March 26, 2025 at 5:36 PM

March 24, 2025 at 11:31 PM
It's an act of war, far past petty.

Arf, arf

Could be reverse psychology. He's showing the other Dems the magnitude of flak they'll get if they vote like that, especially those wavering.

Be happy you weren't so sweaty the salesperson insisted on 4 spritzes...

You can still volunteer, I think, but max age for being "called back" is like 64 or 65 in the federal code, per the definition of militia. I consider my oath as still valid also so am looking at that too.

Mine might "thpfft" me, lol

"We need catnip!" "Yes, we do!"
March 8, 2025 at 6:45 PM
Whiskas like that should make a comeback on modeling runways!

Like he has the attention span to be writing these XOs? Have to wonder how many were drafted by Putin's bunch...
