Making Families Count uses the lived experience of families to develop training for healthcare staff that demonstrates how effective engagement with families makes patient care safer, more compassionate and improves the outcomes for everyone
That's absolutely true. The journey began with @doritbraun.bsky.social using her traumatic and powerful lived experience to establish this project, together with Dr Karen Lascelles. So many wonderful people have worked with us on it - a true example of excellent co-production work.
