By “taking” the Venezuelan oil tanker, 47’s “Trump Corollary” to the Monroe Doctrine has been acted upon. 47 believes that only the U.S. has the right to be involved in the politics of any country in the Western Hemisphere. We’d be at war, however, with any country that grabbed a U.S. oil tanker.
