Yesterday Putin sold his war as ‘denazification’ and resistance to NATO expansion; today it’s suddenly about reclaiming allegedly Russian soil. When the justification keeps changing, it exposes that there was never a defensive reason — only an imperial ambition looking for a pretext.

Peace is not cheap. It is priceless.

Since the start of Russia’s aggression, the people of Ukraine have been paying the ultimate price for their freedom. Europe remains resolute in supporting them for as long as it takes.

Dear President Zelenskyy, welcome back to the #EUCO.

Sources told The Guardian that targeted pressure was being exerted on key individuals at Euroclear, where most of Russia's frozen assets are stored, as well as on the country's leadership.

Fewer than 10% of Ukraine's deep strikes penetrate Russia's air defenses. But the production of these defenses may be vulnerable to sanctions, cyber attacks and well-designed strikes against manufacturing pressure points.
