Most Trans people regret at least some of the changes of puberty. This is not treated as medical regret as trans people are not treated as people with feelings.
The only justification for this is they believe that the 1 in 1000 (or less) kids are worth more than the 999.

The NHS lawyers will care about protecting the NHS solely but the game needs to be different for appeal as this will set precedent. We need to make sure that any precedent setting judgement does not land on a trans exclusionary position.

Thanks to unequal justice in the UK I would not press charges against Peggy the bigot if I was Dr Beth- she is already being stalked harassed and slandered without that. Pressing charges would create much more news cycles.

You would need to find someone who not only got hormones young but stayed on them long enough for permanent change and blames the system. very rare.
