I don't think Trump wants to be a dictator. I think Putin, Kim, the Saudis and others are fucking with him. They're making him jealous to make him "look" like a dictator. Trump just wants to have a bigger building than the White House.

The company that fired me did not contest my unemployment insurance. Told my side anyway.
I did bring both issues up to my supervisor and she said, "Well, that's just how they are," each time.
I was fired from my HR job with a construction company because I ignored the department heads when they told me not to hire "black guys" because they just stand around and talk, and no women because they "wouldn't be comfortable with the behavior/language of our guys" on the jobsite.
