The oldest horse in the UK is 46 years old today🩷
I've just seen this on TV/news. The bond between Roana (the horse) and her owner Cerys is so heartwarming. Cerys is so gentle and conscientious.
Roana is very loved.

A customer refused to buy the copy of the book they wanted from our shelves because they “don’t buy display copies.” Not sure they know how bookshops work. 🤷‍♂️

Saw someone upbraiding someone else for having a hobby while the world is on fire, and, my friends:

1. The world is ever on fire, this is today's conflagration;

2. If you don't find time for rest and joy the fire will consume you;

3. Don't let people shame you for being an entire human.

“It’s not the failure to believe that is wrong. It is the failure to consider,”says a clinical psychologist whose professionalism was doubted just for asking questions.

A clinician, who wants to be anonymous, tells us what happened when they started asking questions about Unidentified Anonymous Phenomena (UAPs). Sadly their experience - of stigma and ridicule - is all too common.
