Found a wee nest yesterday, woven with cedar leaves, the thinnest of twigs, fur, human hair, string, and a plastic tie. A piece of woven poetry; beautiful and terribly, terribly sad.

This just arrived: Liz Williams' "Compendium of the Occult". It's gorgeous, with beautiful photos, cover, binding, as you'd expect from Thames & Hudson. I love Liz's work and can't wait to dive into this one.
