That whole part of north Houston, between the loop and Beltway 8. Those are the original white flight burbs from the 60s, and its mostly Hispanic now. That's Sylvia's district. Southern Spring? Greens Road? Mostly Black. Happened when whites leapt to the Woodlands. -OS

The Dallas and Houston ring of burbs are now old enough they've gone through changes. Like Tomball and Keller are old enough that the residents who bought in the early 80s and are still there are white, and most of the new homeowners are Hispanic, Black, or Asian. -OS
