Finally got some quilting in!

-Finally finishing a project I set aside in 2020
-Broke my first needle on my new machine
-Good FMQ results for a beginner
-Terrible, no good, how do I fix this? FMQ results as a beginner (excluded due to 4 pic limit--my excuse)

just blurted out in class "yes, you have to cite where you got your info. in a world in which lying loudly is the only thing that seems to get rewarded, citing your sources is an act of resistance" and folks, I really believe that.

This is probably the best thing I’ve read in a week. “These people no longer get my anger- just my determination …to replace chaos with justice and kindness”.

Thank you- am going to try and live by this
I am just as ill at ease over the way this administration has hijacked American democracy...and taking basic competence with them.

But for a number of reasons I'm done with outrage. These people no longer get my anger. Just my determination to replace it and chaos with justice and kindness.

Found Arnold Schwarzenegger very eloquent on how his Nazi father had to deal with the aftermath of WW2 www.cbsnews.com/news/arnold-...
Arnold Schwarzenegger warns those on a "path of hate" and antisemitism, they could end up a "loser" like his Nazi father
"Hate burns fast and bright. It might make you feel empowered for a while, but it eventually consumes whatever vessel it fuels," Schwarzenegger said.
