Oh man when one sleeps well, one can feel it! Everything feels so good.

It is interesting how new knowledge can change your perspective and action. I looked up how or if slouching affects me after a meal and realized how important it is to set up straight. Now it's not just about my back or whatever. Now I have a sticky note on screent sit up for digestion!

Let's be honest. Rum and other fermented drinks of the same substances smells disgusting. I smelled it today after the consumption of these rum balls.

Facebook dating. Don't start. Its unfortunate seeing these with intros like "not vaxxed" and looking for the same. Some people do not realize they only made it this far in life because their parents were intelligent enough to get them vaxxed. Now we the rest are intelligent to avoid the antivaxxed.
