That's comforting and not at all silly.

Sometimes if I am laughing hard at something I say, "Have to remember that one for dad!" like I used to when he was around. It's just a way to acknowledge him and keep his memory close.

You can’t find the right candidate cause you won’t put the fuck ass AI down long enough to actually take the time to read a resume and REQUIRED cover letter written by a real person. You can’t find the right candidate cause you value efficiency over quality

You can’t find the right candidate cause you keeps advertising that job as remote knowing damn well you require all candidates to live down the street and now you’ve declined half the list of amazing people cause your dumb ass don’t know how words work

You can’t find the right candidate cause the right candidate for you is a slave. You want a slave. You need a bitch born yesterday with two decades of experience and you need them today and you are going to keep lowering the wage and adding bullet points to the role until you find it

You can’t find the right candidate cause the right candidate probably had a non traditional name and the idea of asking them how to pronounce it during the interview made you uncomfortable and embarrassed so you skipped for the sake of your own discomfort

You can’t find the right candidate cause you’re busy asking how they deal with imposter syndrome when bitch YOU ARE the imposter. You’re the one that can’t find the right candidate with all the info sitting right in your face. YOU the one that can’t fill the role. How are you dealing with that?
