You somehow just emerge back into your own life. It’s never the same, you’re never the same, but eventually you start feeling good things again too. Just give yourself permission to do whatever it takes - I had to leave London bc grief made me claustrophobic. Go wherever it takes you.

I know it feels impossible, but you will actually survive this and still resemble yourself. We are the luckiest who have fathers worth mourning. Lots of love x
