I'm on this thing now
"everyone get moving, we have to act fast and make changes before it's too late, we're losing nicole!"

Hopefully one day they can hit it big with some other kind of Manga. Or maybe I'll see "I feel happy and now I'm really into gardening" on a store shelf someday.

But from the outside of this (again don't have direct experience with bulemia) I think I get it since the shame is driving a lot of it and making it worse so trying to refocus on not having the shame and suffering is probably a good step. Idk I'm just some guy who enjoys kabi's work

Towards the end they talks about how their therapist helped them come to the conclusion that if they can eat and purge without suffering and feeling extreme guilt that's okay.

My first thought on reading that was worry and I see others online saying the same thing

I had no idea about the Fujimoto connection. I always liked to strip the flesh. I wonder if that influenced fire punch.

I love the jazzy midi of Santa Claus is coming to town. I have the soundtrack in my music library just cause I played it so much as a kid

Since I started playing them as a kid it's hard to say for sure how you'd enjoy them in reverse, but I played them a lot as a kid and went on to love a lot of the games you listed.

I think secret of the scarlet hand may be the one to try if you wanna give it a shot.

Yes, they're solid adventure games. I'd say give whichever title of 4-12 of the series that interests you a shot as that I think is kind of the sweet spot. They are kids games, but you have a mix of exploratory first person adventure and some suspect questioning.
