Went to the Seattle Gundam base. The line was insanely long, I didn't get a single exclusive I wanted. Still had a ton of fun, made some good line friends. built a Leo while we waited, built an entry grade. Hopefully next year they come back to Seattle and bring way more stock for us!

It's been a hot minute but getting back to finishing the MG RX-78-2 v3.0 building gunpla is always fun, but I haven't been doing enough of it.

I'm really happy that I got to introduce my girlfriend to Gundam with Witch from Mercury. And now she's building gunpla and watching through the UC timeline with me.

Traveled to Oregon to watch the eclipse. It was a stressful journey to get there and the weather wasn't looking good until part way through the eclipse there was a break in the clouds.

So just to explain; the folks who made Gundam made a show in which two girls fall in love and get married. Bandai, who own the franchise, tried to walk it back. Because corpos who own franchises are always bunch of cowards. Always side with creators over corporations.

A few years ago during the heavy forest fire season we went out to am abandoned nuclear power plant and took some very dystopian future shots.

I love photography it's been the one art form that I feel like I'm actually decent at. It's at an intersection between technical and artistic that clicks with me.

Current hyper fixation is gunpla. I picked up a cheap HG Barbatos to learn scribing, adding plates, and painting.
