My boyfriend also loves Krita so there's at least 2 of you
I don't hate Krita it was just ass back when I first tried it, it's better now but has some minor touch-input issue that makes it annoying to use

Paint. net isn't really either but what can you do when the only options were MS Paint or overpriced Photoshop 😩Digital artists have it good now

It's very lightweight iirc, I mean it ran on my 2009 budget laptop that wasnt strong enough to run anything but windows xp and games from early 2000s

Definitely. It's like actually usable as a main art software now and only has one small thing that pisses me off when I use it! (some weirdness with touch input from my screentablet)
but I still use Aseprite and it's got more small things that piss me off

Paint 3D is a strange software, I've never given it a proper try. It's still better than GIMP
