This is the path you can take up early game. The parkour course is doable with a dodge-roll. The Bleu Sector 6 building is connected to Bleu Sector 8, and there's a bridge over to Bleu Sector 9. The pin is where you should be doing resets, the purple is where dratini is!

Here's how to do Dratini encounter resets. Basically, go back and forth on this specific spot. Each reset takes 10 seconds, so you get 360 encounters per hour.
You should be able to reach this roof early game, but I can't verify if it spawns there early

Couldn't find a good red hair color I liked so I did something crazy. I used F5. See, using F5 gives me a whole new perspective and I went with jade/green and gender 🙏

I'm pretty happy with it! Am able to play basically any game I want now.
I have it in a very anonymous case, no lights or RGB, but it stands out just enough cause of the copper/tin/bronze casing 🫶
Runs really quietly, temps reach 60 at 100% load.
