It's wait and see and no surgery is required at this time.
I have to get a head CT to see if the vessels in my head are affected.
I went to the colon and rectal surgeons today and I have to have my appendix out on March 10th. There is a possible mass on the tip so they want to rule out cancer.

I met with the vascular surgeon last week. I have two 1 cm aneurysms in my splenic artery, a narrowed and tortuous gastric artery and a arterial dissection in my mesenteric artery. They are suspecting vasculitis is the cause. 1/2
