An example exists of a love song: on the surface, to those who can only understand the words, it is a beautiful tale of true love! To those who can understand both, it is incredibly dirty with the performer's tail and ears communicating the "true thoughts" of the song.

Vulsha are capable of communicating full conversations through the subtle movements of their tails and ears alone. This has lead to a number of different cultural peculiarities among the vulsha such as performances that are performed with both voice and movement to convey a 'full' story.

Most vulsha have a single tail, but numerous examples exist of vulsha with more. How they use these tail(s) is the important part! While most edér have methods of body language, the vulsha's wielding of their tail(s) and ears is far more advanced.

To the greater world, she tends to be seen as a simple scholar and explorer, one that often gets in trouble. To those in the know, she's highly respected and an ill omen for little of great consequences happens without her being present.

She still plays a part in the world where she can, often always appearing near the sites of world events to help out, however limited her capabilities might be. She can lend knowledge to others, even aid them directly, but there are many things that she's outright incapable of doing due to her gift.

Storyteller is the last of a tribe of chroniclers, the only one to survive a genocide that wiped them out. She only survived thanks to awakening a gift of prophecy at a young age. This gift, meeting its full potential, came with certain restrictions that force her into a role as an observer.
