!!!! i went for the same reasons years ago, was told multiple times it’s depression (which it wasn’t at the time and also this was the during a time i wasn’t considered overwheight). Turns out i too have hypothyroidism 🤪

see, i get told “you need to strengthen your muscles” often. And i feel it’s just a disguise for “get in the gym fatso”, since fat people apparently have to gave weak muscles??
