my sleep schedule has become diabolical, and i’ve been actively working on fixing it. Yet now my body has decided 2-4 hour increments of sleep is the way to go 🫠

this morning i decided i wanted to go out and see the sunrise, so i packed breakfast and did just that, enjoying the silence for 2 hours from around 4am-6am, watching birds, hares and even a fox. Finnish summer is forever my favourite time of year.
