I’m going to quibble with the “drugs that make it unnecessary to exercise to lose weight” framing. Any honest medical professional that prescribes these emphasises the importance of exercise—especially strength training—while taking these drugs to minimize the loss Is muscle. (1/2)

I had them on the same day, different arms. I got one sore arm. Was a little tired. Husband had no sore arms and no fatigue, but had a slight headache.
