Plums or cherries or nectarines,
Should it be sweet or sour or both
Or bittersweet is more suitable.

What kiss should I place my love with,
The longing the eager or the hope,
The sorrows and sadness or the future,
will it be the box that opened all.

What kiss that you're waiting for,
What kiss is one you'll want,
What kiss I can give from my behalf
To show but not too much.

And here is the answer sealed with a kiss,
You can choose to know or not,
You choose to leave it in ambiguity,
Or tell me. After all.

People lying on the sand,
Under the sky, the breeze, the salty
Waves and seawater and humid air,
With either naked or half-naked bodies turning red
Under the bright sun,
Staring at the girls,
The girls on the shore,
Wearing their bikini and curved shapes,
Crouching on the rock sucking a popsicle.

Sometimes the waves come quick,
Rushing directly towards the rock she’s crouching on
Nearly splashing on her face.

Sometimes the waves come slow,
She seems to enjoy listening to the continuous waves,
Fast, slow, Fast, Fast, Slow,
That popsicle is melting.

Crouched in her bikini,
The sticky sensation on her hand,
The melted popsicle slid down her body, across her collarbone,
Her chest her waist her stomach,
Cherries on top of her body eager to be touched,
As she looks forward.

She touches her breast and looks down,
Been crouching quite long her legs are sore
As she stood up facing the sea,
Fast, slow, fast, fast, fast, slow,
She stares at the waves and looked at that melted, tiny popsicle,

And jumped.

Jumped into the water,
Half-naked then naked,
With pink blossomed cherries on top,
Waiting to be picked.

Kindling flames swifting to and thro',
Eyes of passion under the amber lights,
With breathes entangled and toe to toe,
Side by side, night by nights.

The crackling of the wooden pieces,
The sweetness of burning apple wood,
Where all sorrows and sadness ceases,
Take your time and rest in this night's good.

Waddling sparkles of the fireplace,
The breezes leaking through the window cracks,
With hands held together and wrapped duvets,
With synchronising dreams and you in flashbacks.

What can provide as much warmth, as this night we're in,
What a path we've walked, how much we've been.

Let my mind sing to the rhythm I hear,
The tapping, clicking and scrolling all here,
Some crisp some muffled some tunes of melody
Flashing, flowing, slipping away.

Here my body sits, whilst somewhere else I am,
Tis I, my mind or soul, in what land they soar,
What boundaries confined, what burdens applied,
What couldn't be grasp will be free to roam.

The beating of my heart, sound so far yet so close,
The drowsiness of mind, should I just let it go.
Or should I seize the chance, glide along with the wind,
And see where the sounds, the breezes, are guiding me to.

Dear you got me in a maze,
I'm trying to give up this forbidden love,
But you can defeat me by just a gaze,
Then I'll stand still and cannot move.

You're my one and only destiny,
You're also the brightest star across the sky.
I'll chase you till eternity,
Even though you might not be stopping by.

Oh! Dear, look how much you shine,
Like an angel ,pure and bright.
All I want is you to be mine.
Believe or not, I'm in love since first sight.

So stand still and don't get away.
I can't live without you, please stay.

Apollo
I hear them wooing of my beauty,
The charming lad with golden hair,
Yet they always turn to my sister,
‘You’re a charming lad for a friend,’ they said,
‘But your sister is more a match.’

How dare they say that? I’m not convinced,
Didn’t I look prettier?
Unlike my sister rolling in bushes all day,
Well, women like her that’s fine,
But why man as well?
She casted someone into a deer!

Ah, I hear they say,
‘It’s more challenging.’
So am I ‘approachable’? In these stupid human’s eyes?
Just because I’m more ‘preserved’?
Stupid morons not even thinking,
My dear sister not even looking,
Thinking they will win the goddess,
Who gave them the confidence?

Ah, now a man is approaching my sister,
It seems like he have gotten progress,
They are spreading rumours of he’s going to ‘get’ her.
Yet when I asked my sister she sneered,
‘Thought just a good hunting companion.’ She said,
Off she trots with the bow and arrows.
Into the woods.

I saw that man bragging that he wooed the goddess,
Saying he could conquer any women,
My sister is no prize to be won, human,
She doesn’t give a shit about you.
I could be the better choice. But yah,
You’re too stupid to be one.

I pointed at the spot in the sea,
Convinced my sister to release her arrow.
RIGHT IN THE SPOT.
Dead. Dead dead.
She found out what I am aiming,
She gave out a laugh.
‘Oppsie. What a shame.’
‘ Well, sad story, no partner for hunting now, guess I’ll go back on my own.’
I nod to my sister. Asking.
‘Why can’t you just ask me to be your partner?’

She looked at me.
‘Probably grow a beard before you say this, young boi.’

Within the gushing, flowing turbulence
She rises as the primitive substance,
Known as the goddess of life and Eros,
Separating the world from the Chaos.

When why and wherefore she named is unknown,
Maybe she named herself lying on foam,
The name Vicillia, now in scriptures,
At some point before time must have gripped her.

She formed her body from waves of current,
Carrying marvels and jewels incurrent,
Garnished in sparkles of pink and yellow,
Shining on the body soft and mellow.

Rounding as one, celebration of life,
Harmonia of nature free from strife,
She gave her blessings to all living things,
Including those that swam, walked and with wings.

Her enlightenment brings flourishing lives,
Scrumptious berries, honey oozing bee hives,
Wondrous nature, joy of species galore,
Leading a blessed life forevermore.

Though life's a cycle, she gives and she takes,
Endless happiness sometimes does need breaks,
Forms of destruction landed in occasion,
Some disapponts faced annihilation.

Yet she's merciful, thus she does not kill,
For those hearts impairing she's given squill,
For those labour's tough she's given vervain,
The worship to her will not end in vain.

Long may she be praised, our merry goddess,
She who grants our lives, allowed us to joy,
She who hovers in the sky above us,
Praise her for all living things she deploys.

Ngl sometimes brainstorming is so fun that I can't resist and I end up brainstorming the entirety of a novel/oc and lost the interest to actually write it out 🫠
Hence I never see myself as a writer cuz I'll probably end up not finishing any
