2 weeks into exercising almost every day and I'm already getting definition in my arms. Haven't been this way since before the pandemic. The work is worth it and if you have a goal go chase it.

Getting fit can be done through video games. Just played an hour of Nintendo Switch Sports and I'm feeling the burn. Would love to connect with others who play this as it's fun to play with others.
