2 weeks into exercising almost every day and I'm already getting definition in my arms. Haven't been this way since before the pandemic. The work is worth it and if you have a goal go chase it.

I'm not sure when my next stream will be. Yesterday I started getting a sore throat and today I can barely talk. Hoping it goes away as quickly as it came on.

Need mic recommendations that is good for streaming and singing (I'm a mezzo soprano). Also looking for something that's on the cheap end (200-250 USD max). Currently have a Blue Yeti Nano and it doesn't pick up my high notes, but picks up every little background sound. TIA
