"snack household"- has snacks and convenience foods like ice cream, crackers, canned soups, frozen pizza, etc. I feel like most people end up being in the middle of the extremes, and that's why derogatory. ingredient household has nothing to snack on, snack household may be unhealthy. both extreme.

*only* ingredients is the kind of stretching point, like, instead of having something you can eat quickly, if you want to eat you have to either cook or, like, eat handfuls of ingredients.
