A dark, moody seascape with many layers of blues to create as much depth as possible. Heavy brush strokes were used to build walls of dark waves, infused with light. The horizon line is emphasised by an area of lighter sky directly above; moonlight reflected off distant land and the surface of the seac, then more darkness above. The painting too weeks to create, with many layers of paint. A zoomed-out image of the painting on the wall.

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service
