Mercury retrograde log, day 12: locked myself out of my house. The window I normally crawl through is locked. It’s neighboring window is a further distance from the stairwell I have to scale. Some trial and error will be required.

I recommend spending time with, sitting with, and talking with your local trees. If absolutely nothing else it is a perfect and low-pressure way to safely anchor into your body, even if just for a moment.

Thoroughly impressed at the variety and creativity of costumes this year. Maybe the first where very few people were stressed alike (though there was a surprising number of female lord farquaads).

There is something about being home that instantly drains my ability to be productive. I will always choose to have class in a live classroom, do homework at the library or at a cafe, read a book at a bar because I know the moment I step through my door, I’m ready to lay down and be idle & mindless.
