MAGA mouthpieces in the punditry media, blasting the Democrats in Congress for actually doing what their voters are demanding that they do, which is not capitulate to Trump. As if that is a bad thing. Yes Congressmembers will face the "guillotine" if they cave, but in our case it wont be literal

Someday I hope this country will be grown up enough to look back on this Trump era with the shame and embarrassment we deserve. But since we are still re-erecting statues celebrating the Generals who committed treason in the Civil War, I dont think that time of self awareness will be anytime soon.

This time Extremism to combat the Nazification of America is no vice, its patriotism. We will bend the rules to fight back. That seems what is needed at the very least. The ends justify the means in this darkest hour.

There used to be a guy who dressed up in a general's uniform during the anti war protests of the 70's was called General Hershey Bar, he was a (pretend) lunatic. Kind of reminds me of Trump
