I want the Democrats to start running a Presidential campaign NOW. It would be a great idea to run on Constitutional Reform and rebalancing of power. A plan is needed. A list of reforms listed and the guarantee of implementation. ALL DEMOCRATS SHOULD SIGN A PLEDGE OF VOTING FOR REFORMS NOW
