This should be the top issue for Chicago progressives, I have NO clue how it isn’t. We’re forecasted to deliver 26,372 units between now-2029, lowest of any major city. In fact, lower than many mid-sized cities. It’s appalling that Huntsville, AL delivered ~3k more units than Chicago last year
