Hedonites got a huge range refresh a few years and EC got one this year. I don’t think it’s symptomatic of anything other than it’ll come around again when the Studio feel they’ve got something good to release, like they did with Maggotkin.

I’ve not tried it on Story Mode because I keep thinking I’ve *done* all of the story up until the final boss, and so it isn’t really much of a story mode situation 😅

The world, the dialogue, the art and the music are all exceptional. I couldn’t beat the last boss, haha!
