I have been resisting the urge to tell all my 2D artist friends to pick up Blender. I know not everyone wants to branch into stuff like 3D and I completely respect that

EEVEE was the last blow to melt my 2080ti's vram and now I have a AMD 7900 XTX so I will spend a lot of time with this GPU to see how much value I think I can make with it

still new to the RADEON platform and drivers but right now 24gb VRAM on AMD feels like 11gb of NVIDIA VRAM
figured out how to use the hair bake cache properly in blender with hair dynamics last night and let this run all night

100k x 100 + hair dynamics at .06 thickness, 30 frames took up 13gb I think (at render time) so I need to optimize that and it took all night :(
