Documenting my development journey from 0 because big tech founders didn’t.

Day 169/365 | 233/10,000hrs
I still find it crazy that I have been programming for 200+ days now.

While I haven't made any money, I have learned a lot, going from 0 programming skills to now building my first app.

Here are 5 tools that have been essential for my journey so far:

5. https://buff.ly/40D3rRL JavaScript Mastery's React Native Course

This one was huge for me. I already had React fundamentals, so learning React Native with a full app project helped me learn a lot.

It was straightforward and introduced me to Expo and app routing

4. https://buff.ly/40BA81D Net Ninja's Full React Series

I didn't watch all the videos either, but specifically 8-17 to learn hooks.

Most concepts other than that were quick since it is basically just JavaScript

2C. (Honorable Mention) Web Dev Simplified's Markdown Blog Tutorial

This video was the equivalent of 1 rep maxing my coding experience

It was a huge jump in skill from what I was used to, but doing so made all Node.js projects much easier to create.
