In The Labyrinth of Time, entering the Ziggurat without a lantern is supposed to show a black screen. However, the developers put in the wrong filename for the black screen, so it fails to render, showing a black screen instead

I haven't seen any of these movies since they first came out and it's kind of of startling to realize those super-saturated versions are how entire generations have experienced them. Feeling a little "preparing pages for print" PTSD.
Pixar designed Toy Story to be printed on physical film. The Disney renaissance movies were the same.
Today, it's hard to see them as they were meant to be seen. The versions on streaming and home media aren't quite the same films that ruled the '90s:
