i have Two events i remember.

i never related to the experience of "i remember where i was when X happened" (9/11, someone famous died, etc.) until this event.

i remember where i was, what i was wearing, who i was talking to, who was behind them, what i was drinking.

oooooooof yeah, i can imagine how different that must've been. we got to learn about it early enough that when it got announced (read: yelled out loud), everyone checked their phones and no one could tell one way or the other.

My recommendation is, very strongly, that you learn to code if you want to and think it'll be fun, because in 20 years you'll be one of a dwindling number of people who actually know how anything works.

Without wading into the discourse too much, the reason many (straight/cis) men are not getting laid is because toxic masculinity tells them they cannot under any circumstances laugh at themselves. It’s not that deep!
