It isn't necessarily illegal, IMO. You have a right to balance your workforce if it's related to your mission and purpose. Example: You're a mental health agency, and notice that you have no LGBTQ+ therapists on staff, which is a problem in making LGBTQ+ clients feel welcome and listened to.

I get what the OP is conveying, but I need to see actual, quantitative evidence of job sites doing the alleged hiring practices in ways that are truly discriminatory.

Without that, all we have are narratives and allegations.

Journalists still don't know how to handle (or refuse to acknowledge) post-truth politics.

Deception cares to pass a lie as truth. Post-truthism doesn't care about the distinction.

It only cares about spinning a narrative or word salad (with yes/no questions as input.)

Innocent till proven guilty.

Up and until I see evidence that these people were drug dealers (there's no such thing as "narco-terrorists"), and that we have a legal framework that justifies hitting them (rather than arresting them), these are extrajudicial killings.
