What's some useful prompts you used for language learning or practice with AI?

Today after I had just finished reading an Italian short story I realized that the feeling I had afterwards was very similar to the one when I recall a dream from last night, I remember what was going on but some events are just blurry and uncertain

Anyone had a similar experience? 😁

It's a bit late since I posted about it but here is my list
When I was choosing those langs I considered things like family/friends who speak them, general interest, cultural connection (although it could be superficial, it's still worth to try), relation to other interests, uniqueness (subjective)

What do you think about language bucket list?
Is it something good to keep adding new TLs to the list?
How many times did you start to learn a language that had been on the list for a long time and not a language that you decided much later to go with instead?

Question for Chinese learners
When you study with a text, what do you do? Do you underline unknown characters/words/phrases and check them later? Do you create flashcards with them or look for examples how to use them in a sentence? What's your method to learn something from it? 🤔

I've been analyzing Mandarin songs with ChatGPT and just when I thought we had finished with a second song, Chat asked if I want to continue with this song, so I double-checked the lyrics and it seems like Chat has actually come up with the next lines on their own! #langsky

Do you have a book that you like to read in various languages, either to study your TL or just as an entertainment? If so, what is it? And why do you like reading it?
I like reading Dracula, it was one of the first books I've read in English back in highschool, and my first book in Italian #langsky

Maybe I encountered and struggled with it more often, but passato remoto in Italian seems more difficult than congiuntivo. It really makes reading in Italian challenging 😬

I just found this YT channel for Mandarin learners.
The videos are based on scenes from movies/TV shows and explanation in Chinese of words and phrases used in dialogues with examples from other movies as well so you can learn these phrases in context. #langsky #mandarin
