The potential hot take here is that the name and email should be revealed so that they can't just make another identity and do it again. Your identity being known is also nothing compared to the potential consequences of a chargeback.

I have literally done that

chargebacks put the artist's livelihood at risk and someone who does so without a good reason deserves some serious retribution
