For the uninformed, the civil way to get a refund is to ask the artist for one. Barring insane circumstances or requests, any artist with two brain cells to rub together will give you the refund because opening a dispute is like setting off a firework in the paypro offices.

I realized this a very long time ago. People do not realize how different life is when you live paycheck to paycheck with unending negative net worth.
