No practical has ever rattled me as much as this one , it’s one thing to troubleshoot a confocal independently , but with an AUDIENCE ?????? I would not wish it on my worst enemy

Cells are really frickin beautiful and microscopes are really frickin cool and innate human curiosity is really frickin magical, and how very lucky am I to be working at the intersection of all three 🥲💕

Sorry to hear! Did you do mutagenesis to rectify it or have you just been working with and acknowledging the cytoplasmic pool? Trying to understand how many of my experiments need repeating over the next few months 🥹
