As the Net Zero Banking Alliance officially bites the dust, reupping the column I wrote a couple of weeks ago when this became pretty much inevitable (free to access) www.responsible-investor.com/comment-dont...
Comment: Don't cry for me, Mark Carney
Times are tough for net zero alliances – but how much does that really set back the cause of financial sector climate action?

This is giving real Turkey 2019 / Albayrak at the IMF vibes
Some participants found Friday’s meeting counter-productive, with two people describing Miran’s comments around tariffs and markets as “incoherent” or incomplete, and one of them saying Miran was “out of his depth”.

Readers of history books on Audible - please stop doing silly voices for quotes. Yes, Catherine the Great was German. That does not mean you have to read her words falsetto with a cod German accent. Stop it.

This platform is quite puritan. I tried to share an article about a scandal over a topless photo shoot in a Polish state-controlled mine and it was blocked as adult content. Shame, as it was a good contender for most CEE story ever.
